Privacy at Remetheus.

When you use the inquiry form on our Engage page, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, work email, the nature of your inquiry, and any message you choose to send. This information is provided voluntarily by you.

Our website hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs exist for security, performance, and reliability monitoring.

We use the information you submit through the inquiry form only to respond to your message and, where relevant, to continue the conversation you started. We do not use it for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for marketing.

Server logs are used for security and site operation. They are retained for a limited period and are not used to build profiles of visitors.

Inquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service (https://formspree.io), and delivered to the engage@remetheus.com mailbox. Formspree maintains its own privacy policy, which you can review on their website.

Messages sent to engage@remetheus.com are stored on our email infrastructure for as long as we reasonably need them to maintain the relationship you initiated.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics designed to profile individual visitors. If we enable privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

You may request access to or deletion of information you have submitted through our inquiry form at any time. Write to engage@remetheus.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
